Pragmatic Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pragmatic platform at pragmatic.vu — whether through a web browser, the Pragmatic mobile app or any other means — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all activities on the platform including account registration, deposits, placing bets, playing casino games, using bingo rooms, claiming bonuses and requesting withdrawals. They apply equally to players using the platform on a desktop device and those using the Pragmatic app on a mobile phone.

Pragmatic reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check this page for the current version of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use Pragmatic, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Pragmatic does not permit access to persons under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individuals.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a Pragmatic employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the platform or have had an account closed for violations of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, and a valid CNIC number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Rules

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the Pragmatic platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same CNIC, the same device or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Pragmatic will never ask for your password via email, live chat or telephone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the Pragmatic support team immediately to secure your account.

Account transfers, selling or sharing of accounts between individuals is not permitted. Your Pragmatic account is personal to you and may not be used by any other person.

You must keep your contact details up to date. Outdated email addresses or phone numbers can delay important account communications including withdrawal confirmations and security notifications.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Pragmatic are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another person — are not accepted and will be returned where possible. If a deposit from a third-party account is detected, the associated funds may be locked pending investigation.

Pragmatic does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Before your first withdrawal is processed, Pragmatic requires identity verification. You will need to provide a copy of your CNIC and, in some cases, proof of your payment method ownership.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one to three business days in most cases. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete faster than bank transfers. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500
• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts verified in your name
• Pending withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player before processing begins
• Pragmatic reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving large withdrawals

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Pragmatic offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected slots and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as PSL and international T20 series. Each promotion has its own specific terms which will be displayed at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is prohibited.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiple will be stated in each offer's terms.
• Different games contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting contributions may be lower or excluded — this will be specified per offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Pragmatic reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to an offer will be subject to the terms at the time of opt-in.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the Pragmatic sportsbook and all wagers made in the casino or bingo rooms are final once confirmed. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any bet or wager. Pragmatic does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet unless a specific cancellation window is explicitly stated for that market or game type.

In the event of a technical error, system failure or data feed interruption that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet, Pragmatic reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Decisions made in good faith based on the information available at the time are final.

For cricket betting markets — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and bilateral series — the following general rules apply:

• Markets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.)
• Abandoned or postponed matches will have markets voided unless a result is achieved within a specified timeframe stated in the individual market rules
• In-play bets placed after an event has concluded due to data delay are subject to cancellation

Casino games including slots and live casino tables use certified random number generation or live dealer processes. Results are independent of previous outcomes. The house edge for each game is determined by the game provider and is disclosed within the game's paytable or information section.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pragmatic platform. Engaging in any of these may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age
• Any attempt to reverse engineer, copy or replicate any part of the Pragmatic platform

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Pragmatic reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspicious transaction patterns or activity inconsistent with normal player behaviour
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where closure is at the player's request and no violations are present, any legitimate balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after verification.

10. Responsible Gaming

Pragmatic is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all adult players. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a way to generate income or solve financial problems. If you feel that your gaming habits are becoming difficult to control, the following tools are available in your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly limit on how much you deposit into your account. Once set, limits can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play to remind you how long you have been active.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing your net gaming activity during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent break from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pragmatic provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous and stable service, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond the platform's control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted, Pragmatic is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform downtime or technical errors
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain login security
• Interruptions to betting markets caused by external data feed providers
• Decisions made by a player based on information displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault

Nothing in these terms limits Pragmatic's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to Terms

Pragmatic may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an on-platform notification. The updated terms will also be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

If you disagree with any updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure. Continuing to use the platform following notification of changes confirms your acceptance of the updated terms.
